The Beginning

Sterling Replicars was born from the passion and vision of a teenager in 1966. Lee Dahmer saw his first Cobra in a showroom window and it was love at first sight. He promised himself that, someday, he'd be sitting behind the wheel of that car. He never let go of his dream. Many years passed and Lee began to do some serious research so that he could fulfill the promise he made to himself as a young boy. His research paid off when he discovered his rolling chassis kit at what he still believes to be the best Cobra Kit Car in the marketplace — Unique Motorcars of Gadsden, Alabama.

Within four months, he had his dream car street ready. From there, the passion and excitement just grew as award upon award was given to this now grown-up teenager, Lee Dahmer.

Lee has now taken his own personal passion for this automobile one step further and has become the founder/owner of Sterling Replicars, of Sterling, Virginia. He is an authorized dealer and assembler of Unique Motorcars.
